SCRIBER: A scriber is a hand tool used in metal work to mark lines on workpieces, prior to machining. The process of using a scriber is called scribing and is just part of the process of marking out.
मशीन से पहले मशीन पर काम करने वाले लाइनों को चिह्नित करने के लिए एक स्क्राइबर (SCRIBER) का प्रयोग करते है यह एक धातु का यंत्र होता है। इसका उपयोग धातु पर लाइनों को चिह्नित करने के लिए किया जाता है इसका उपयोग सीधा इसकी नोक को किनारे से किया जा सकता है। इससे काफी हार्ड मटेरियल से बनाया जाता है ताकि यह दूसरी चीजों पर चिन्न बना सके। बाजार में आज स्क्रिबर बहुत तरह के होते है लेकिन तीन तरह के स्क्रिबेर सबसे ज्यादा प्रयोग किये जाते है। इसका एज का एंगल 30 or 40 डिग्रीज होता है।
Flat scriber: फ्लैट स्क्राइबर सबसे आम है और सबसे आसानी से बनाया जा सकता है। इसका उपयोग पूरी तरह से सपाट सतह के उत्पादन के लिए किया जाता है।
Triangular scriber: The triangular scriber has three cutting edges and is made from a triangular file.
Half –round scriber: एक half round scriber की आकर्ति एक half- round फ़ाइल जेसी होती है। They are often made from old half - round files.
Dividers: Dividers are one of the earliest and most basic types of mathematical instrument. In their simplest form, dividers consist of a jointed pair of legs, each with a sharp point. They can be used for geometrical operations such as scribing circles but also for taking off and transferring dimensions.
यह प्रत्येक सीधे पैर के साथ बनाया जाता है जो एक सुई बिंदु पर होता है। डिवाइडर विभिन्न आकारों और प्रकारों में उत्पादित होते हैं और बराबर भागों में लाइनों को विभाजित करने और चाप के लिए समानताएं उपयोग की जाती हैं। जिनकी लम्बाई 150 मिमी से 500 मिमी की लंबाई में होती है। स्प्रिंग लोडेड स्क्रू डिवाइडर भी उपलब्ध हैं जो स्प्रिंग डिवाइडर आकार में 75 मिमी से 300 मिमी तक उपलब्ध हैं।
Steel Square: The steel square is a tool used in carpentry. Carpenters use various tools to lay out structures that are square, many of which are made of steel, but the name steel square refers to a specific long-armed square that has additional uses for measurement, especially of various angles.
फ्लैट स्टील स्क्वायर का उपयोग सही कोण (90 डिग्री) के लेआउट के लिए किया जाता है और इसे पैमाने के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है पैटर्न ड्राफ्टिंग में सटीक लेआउट काम के लिए यह एक अमूल्य उपकरण है। लंबे हाथ (Long Arm) को शरीर या ब्लेड(Body or Blade) के रूप में जाना जाता है, छोटे हाथ को ऊंचा जीभ(Heelor Tongue) के रूप में जाना जाता है। ये स्क्वायर विभिन्न आकारों में और विभिन साइज में आते हैं।
