Toolroom Crafts:
Pullar: With the help of a puller, any threaded slider or insert can be removed. It can also be made in the tool room. To make it, rods are made by turning or polishing the iron road.
Tapping it on both sides and making it a stopper, it is tightened with a bolt.
Iron material is used to make the unit running over it. Hole it and then make it from above so that it is easily held in the hand.
Hand hacksaw: Made of plastic material after breaking it with a pipe. I know this is a bit of juggling. But hex does not get much stronger than this. Because plastic is used for flexibility. So that its flexibility remains, but this flexibility can also be made with pipes.
Extended bolts: Extended bolts are used for blue matching and bedding. Where the slider or insert needs to be repeated back and forth. It takes force in equal direction and can be bedded well. It looks like a T-bolt but has a longer length than a T-bolt.
Extended Air Jointer: It is mostly used inside the molder's ejector system where lubrication is more needed. It consists of connecting the air with the connector on one side and removing the air from the other side. The main purpose of making this is that if we use a pipe, the pipe will not be able to reach the distance by bending.
QRC Nipple: It is also a type of jugaad made by attaching the nipple to the QRC. It is mostly used for operating hydraulic cylinders. If the power pack is not used somewhere, it can also be used by connecting it with air.
Extended allen key & Remmer: They are used where the Normal Allen Key and Rimmer cannot reach. This is a good way to use the broken Allen Key again. This helps in opening the bolts of the ped used in the ejector.
Nipple jointer: This craft is very common, because it does not require any extra material, but when making, the seal inside it should not be cut, much attention should be paid to it.
Extended Tap: Tapa and Remmer Extended are very easy to make, just like they make the 8mm. We hooked the rod of mild salt and then made a grove in it with a cutter. The top part of the tap or rammer can go into the groove.
Ejecter Puller: The ejector puller is used where the mold does not have a limit bolt. This is pulled from the push back pin of the ejector plate. The ejector assembly comes forward. And can be easily breakdown and preventive.
Extended Limit Bolt: If ejector puller is not available, extended bolt is used. I did not have a bolt of 16. I cut the head of 2 with 4 bolts, then connected it to welding.
Sequence pin Attachment: Sequence pin attachment made by in house to easy way, its do easy to make, normal ms rod takes and do hole in center with help of lathe machine, after then tapping with suttable puller attachment. After this, three holes are made in it, so that the sequence pin can be captured.
